"It doesn't seem to matter whether we're getting together virtually or in-person, it's always really good."~Fran M.
Retreat Description:
Equanimity is a state of inner balance that exists in each of us. In a world that is unpredictable (personally, professionally, globally), being centered in equanimity allows us to respond rather than react to what is happening externally, and even internally. Like riding ocean waves, instead of becoming submerged by them, equanimity equips us to handle the inevitable ups and downs of life.
Join me, with others like you--women all ages--who love women’s gatherings where we all contribute to a wealth of lived wisdom.
What To Expect:
Through SoulCollage®, group conversation, journalling, meditation, pranayama, and a grounding exercise, you will explore the range of your own equanimity—inner balance. Learn how to cultivate and nurture a daily (or weekly) practice for filling your own well in order to give from the overflow, and avoid being depleted.
What to Bring:
Details will be mailed to you upon registration.
