Lisa's MISSION
Collaborating with inspiring women in leadership and service, to cultivate a sacred space for women of all ages and backgrounds, to explore personal health and wellness in the context of sisterhood. It's her hope that every participant walks away inspired to integrate personal tools for well-being into daily life, for every personal chapter and season, and does so.
A panel of mind and body health specialists, artists, community builders, and more (a new panel each week), for an hour of conversation about passion, making your life work, thriving, and blooming, no matter where you’re planted.
Panel experts might lead brief meditations, journaling exercises, a calming breath exercise, a grounding practice, chair yoga, and more. From our respective fields, we'll share what works time and time again, from enduring healing principles tried and true, and we'll share how and why we take that trusted medicine ourselves.
You, the participating audience, with all the wisdom and experience you bring, are the vital nourishment in the soil here. Using the miracle of Zoom we’ll gather again from far and wide—each of us bringing the wealth of wisdom we’ve learned and earned—to contribute to the sacred healing space created.
You can choose to remain silent, or, contribute with your voice during Q&A and large group chat moments.
(Please note and be advised: This gathering encourages adult conversation and themes, and there may be strong language at times. Content is not suitable for school-aged children.)
