In the beautiful and heart nourishing setting of The Om Place Studio, we will explore what it means to be “a spiritual being having a human experience” through the lens of:
- Yoga’s wisdom teachings (The Upanishads) integrated with the modern science of the electromagnetic field and human physiology (cells, organs, and systems that correspond to chakras).
- Exercises to boost vitality and chakra health through asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), meditation, and chi practices (energy work).
- Individual reflection of personal energy and aura.
