Lisa is a chakra health scholar passionate about mind-body health principles and loves working with yoga teacher trainees. She presents material in an easy and inspiring way that blends the ancient philosophies with a modern application. In order for the wisdom teachings to be understood and integrated into our lives as perpetual students, teachers, and eventually as representatives of the teachings themselves, it's vital that they are taught by experienced practitioners.
Lisa's goal is to equip teachers with a personal knowledge of the timeless teachings so that they can confidently carry them into the classroom themselves while exploring and deepening their own connections with them.
Her intensive training, mastery, and experience in each of the areas below serves as the foundation for all the teacher training modules she facilitates.
Lisa specializes in:
The Chakra System and its fascinating psychology, emotional intelligence, spiritual point of view, and physical health. These teachings include the relationship with the body's corresponding organs and systems, and the asanas and pranayama that revitalize the energy centers in each specific area of the physical body.
